Vegetable Stir Fry

  • 400g - Mixed Vegetables
  • 50ml - Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated - Ginger

Instructions

  • - Heat oil in a wok and sautĂ© garlic and ginger.
  • - Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  • - Add soy sauce and toss to combine.
  • - Serve hot.
