Ingredients
- 400g - Mixed Vegetables
- 50ml - Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves - Garlic
- 1 tbsp grated - Ginger
Instructions
- - Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic and ginger.
- - Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- - Add soy sauce and toss to combine.
- - Serve hot.
