  • 500g - Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tbsp - Curry Powder
  • 400ml - Coconut Milk
  • 1 diced - Onions

Instructions

  • - Season chicken with curry powder.
  • - Cook onions until soft, then add chicken.
  • - Add coconut milk and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • - Serve over rice.
