Ingredients
- 300g - Arborio Rice
- 200g - Mushrooms
- 50g - Parmesan Cheese
- 100ml - White Wine
Instructions
- - Sauté onions and mushrooms in oil.
- - Add rice and cook for 2 minutes.
- - Stir in wine and stock gradually, stirring constantly.
- - Add Parmesan cheese and serve.
