Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients

  • 300g - Arborio Rice
  • 200g - Mushrooms
  • 50g - Parmesan Cheese
  • 100ml - White Wine

Instructions

  • - Sauté onions and mushrooms in oil.
  • - Add rice and cook for 2 minutes.
  • - Stir in wine and stock gradually, stirring constantly.
  • - Add Parmesan cheese and serve.
