Ingredients

  • 800g - Beef Tenderloin
  • 200g - Mushrooms
  • 1 sheet - Puff Pastry
  • 2 tbsp - Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  • - Sear beef tenderloin and let it cool.
  • - Spread Dijon mustard and mushroom mixture over beef.
  • - Wrap beef in puff pastry.
  • - Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
