Ingredients
- 800g - Beef Tenderloin
- 200g - Mushrooms
- 1 sheet - Puff Pastry
- 2 tbsp - Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- - Sear beef tenderloin and let it cool.
- - Spread Dijon mustard and mushroom mixture over beef.
- - Wrap beef in puff pastry.
- - Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
