Lobster Bisque

Ingredients

  • 1kg - Lobster
  • 200ml - Heavy Cream
  • 50g - Butter
  • 50ml - Cognac

Instructions

  • - Sauté lobster shells in butter.
  • - Add cognac and cook for 5 minutes.
  • - Pour in cream and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • - Strain and serve soup hot.
