  • 500g - Beef Sirloin
  • 200g - Mushrooms
  • 1 diced - Onions
  • 100ml - Sour Cream

Instructions

  • - Cook beef in a pan until browned.
  • - Sauté mushrooms and onions until soft.
  • - Add sour cream to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • - Serve with cooked pasta or rice.
