Ingredients
- 500g - Beef Sirloin
- 200g - Mushrooms
- 1 diced - Onions
- 100ml - Sour Cream
Instructions
- - Cook beef in a pan until browned.
- - Sauté mushrooms and onions until soft.
- - Add sour cream to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
- - Serve with cooked pasta or rice.
