Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients

  • 1kg - Beef Chuck
  • 250ml - Red Wine
  • 2 diced - Carrots
  • 200g - Mushrooms

Instructions

  • - Brown beef in a pan and set aside.
  • - Sauté vegetables until soft.
  • - Add red wine and beef, then simmer for 2 hours.
  • - Serve with crusty bread.
